Luxury price cuts in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and Dubai

As of August 25, 2026. Live markets: Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Park City, and Dubai. Listing-side asking-price reductions, not sold comps.

Miami had 1,452 active asking-price reductions, averaging −6.6 percent — $309.49 million off published asks across 32 areas. That is the condo tape, and the insurance stack is the other half of the bill: the list-price move does not include the HOA cash call. New York had 2,844 listings down an average 7.0 percent, $668.77 million across 126 areas. The mansion-tax band is where a New York seller actually reprints the ask. Los Angeles had 1,762 cuts averaging −7.6 percent, $867.73 million across 47 areas, and the Westside is where that tape is thickest.

The three US cities together: 6,058 listings and $1.85 billion off published asks. Dollars stay dollars. Dubai is a different tape — 3,428 active cuts, averaging −6.5 percent, AED 2.49 billion across 117 areas. Dirhams stay dirhams. We do not add the two.
